I recently discovered Lovett or Leave It when I was looking at Pod Save America. It is hosted by John Lovett, who was Barrack Obama's speechwriter. This podcast features a panel of comedians, journalists, political figures, and activists. It is a comedic take on political news. This podcast is done in front of a live audience and contains segments like comedic sketches, monologues, games, interviews, and sketches. The show is more targeted towards people who align more on the left side of the political spectrum. This type of podcast is great for people who like political commentary with a comedic twist. This platform has developed a strong following and provides a fun way to discuss serious topics. Personally, I found myself laughing at their skits due to their comedic style and not so much because of what they were reporting.
