I was looking around for some other political podcasts and found Pod Save America. This podcast is hosted by Jon Favreau, the Former Director of Speechwriting for President Barack Obama; Jon Lovett, a Former Obama speechwriter and comedic writer known for his work on television; Dan Pfeiffer, the Former White House Director of Communications under President Obama; and Tommy Vietor, the Former National Security Spokesperson for President Obama.In this podcast, they discuss and analyze political news and issues around policies. During the Trump administration, they often criticized their decisions. They often talk about strategies and ideas for advancing progressive causes. This podcast is targeted towards more left-leaning listeners. I think this podcast is beneficial for people who fall on that side of the political aisle. They offer great insight, considering the fact that they worked for a previous administration. This isn't a podcast hosted by someone who thinks they know it all, but rather by people who have actually worked in the White House and seen a lot firsthand.

I am not big into Podcasts and have not listened to any that offer political commentary, however after reading about this specific one I am intrigued and may have to check it out. You make a great point that the commentators can offer good insight as they have worked in previous administrations.
